Derrick Henry on stiff-arming Josh Norman: 'Been doing too many curls'

Derrick Henry's stiff-arm of Josh Norman was all anyone could talk about in the Tennessee Titans' 42-16 win over the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday.

With a little over six minutes remaining in the second quarter, Henry took a handoff and ran toward the outside edge, sending Norman flying. It was one of the most exciting four-yard runs of the season, but unfortunately, it was wiped from the record book due to offsetting penalties.

While his teammates were stunned by the play, Henry had a simple explanation for how he was able to stiff-arm the 200-pound Norman.

"I have been doing too many curls," Henry said, according to Kevin Patra of NFL.com. "I have to lay off the arms."

Henry finished the game with 19 carries for 57 yards and two touchdowns while adding one reception for six yards on two targets. Through four games this season, the 26-year-old has 376 yards and four touchdowns on the ground coupled with 32 yards receiving.

One thing's for sure, football fans and fantasy team owners definitely won't want him to lay off the arm workouts following his performance during Week 5.
