Titans running back Derrick Henry actually embraces contact, rather than shying away from it, as his large frame allows him to overpower his opponents.

The 238-pound Henry has spent plenty of time in the gym to become the physical specimen he is, and anyone that follows him on social media knows that he takes his workouts very seriously.

Bills cornerback Josh Norman sure learned a lesson about getting in Henry’s way during Tuesday’s game, and he may think twice about attempting to tackle the Titans running back in the future. Henry received a carry at one point in the game, bounced it outside and was met by the Bills cornerback. Norman played a good angle to track down Henry, but it didn’t matter, as a brutal stiff arm sent him flying.

Ouch.
