The Detroit Lions, based on finishing in first place in the NFC North, will now play the first place teams in the NFC East, NFC South and AFC East in 2024.

As part of the rotating schedule, Dan Campbell's squad will play every team in the NFC West and AFC South.

Next season, every time in the NFC will potentially have nine home games and eight games on the road.

For Detroit, there is a possibility one of the home contests that would have originally been scheduled at Ford Field could take place overseas.

The Bills defeating the Dolphins diminishes the chance Detroit plays in Brazil next season.

Interestingly, the Lions, who could face the Cowboys in the Divisional round of the playoffs on the road, will again travel to AT&T Stadium in 2024.

It would be the third consecutive season the two teams would square off in a rivalry that is steadily growing due to controversial calls that have favored Jerry Jones' team.

Another team that could visit Ford Field again, outside of divisional opponents, is the Seattle Seahawks.

The past two seasons have seen Campbell's squad play in high-scoring affairs against Pete Carroll, only to end up on the losing side of the scoreboard.

Following two consecutive winning seasons, there is no hotter ticket in Motown than to watch the Lions.

The average ticket price currently for their first home playoff game is approximately $552.00, and the team has a waiting list for season-ticket membership for the first time ever.

Home: Vikings, Packers, Bears, Rams, Seahawks, Jaguars, Titans, Buccaneers, Bills

Away: Vikings, Packers, Bears, Cardinals, Texans, Colts, 49ers, Cowboys
