Washington Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins is certainly getting his work in this offseason. Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

Dwayne Haskins looks like he has made some big physical changes this offseason.

Haskins said that he lowered his body fat percentage from 17 to 13 last season. He also said on Twitter in mid-May that he was down to 220 pounds from 230 pounds as a rookie and that he has now dropped 7% body fat.

A video of the Washington Redskins quarterback throwing to teammate Steven Simms Jr. was shared on Instagram recently. It’s tough to see, but Haskins looks to be in great shape.

Haskins was taken No. 15 overall by Washington in the draft last year. He underwhelmed as a rookie, completing 58.6% of his passes for 1,365 passing yards, seven touchdowns and seven interceptions on a bad team.

Washington has a long way to go to improve, and Haskins’ development will be central to that goal.
