The Philadelphia Eagles may or may not be getting a key piece back in their lineup ahead of Week 11's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Head coach Nick Sirianni spoke to the media ahead of Thursday's afternoon practice and would not comment on whether or not veteran cornerback Bradley Roby, who has been dealing with a shoulder/pectoral strain injury for several weeks, will be ready to go by Monday.

However, he did make it clear that his return would be very welcomed and beneficial to the team.

"He's smart. He's tough. And so you know, if he's available, which we'll see, that'll be helpful for our football team," Sirianni said. "You know, if not, like he's just going to continue to work hard to get back on the field to help us going down the stretch."

The Eagles' secondary has been a weak spot this season and Roby could fill their slot troubles that they can't seem to fix.

While Sirianni isn't too sure if Roby will be available against the Chiefs, Roby took to Twitter/X last week to say otherwise.

"You back after the bye [week]?" a fan asked Roby.

His response: "Yessir!!"

Meanwhile, the Eagles plan to continue to assess Roby's injury and go from there.

"Obviously, we have practices to go through, we'll see where everything is," Sirianni said. "And, you know, we've been happy with where our guys know, some of what our guys have been doing. But yeah, we'll see how that all plays out. But we got a lot of confidence in Bradley."

Roby hasn't practiced in three weeks, but we'll see if that changes today when the Eagles release their first official Week 11 injury report this afternoon.
