Eagles veteran receiver Zach Pascal was robbed at gunpoint outside his Maryland home early Friday morning.

According to Prince George's County Police, two suspects approached Pascal at 2:25 a.m. with a firearm and demanded he hand over the necklace.

Pascal was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The Eagles released a statement to 7News in Maryland:

"The organization is aware of the matter involving Zach Pascal. We have been in contact with Zach and are happy to hear he is doing fine."

Pascal, a Nick Sirianni favorite, is set to become a free agent on March 15 after his first season in Philadelphia in which he had 15 receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown.

The Old Dominion product spent his first four NFL seasons in Indianapolis where he and Sirianni became close.

Known as a premier blocker at the position, Pascal played 405 offensive snaps in the 2022-23 season and Pro Football Focus graded him out as the third-best run-blocker wideout in the NFL behind only Miami's Trent Sherfield and Detroit's Amon-Ra St. Brown.

Sirianni obviously likes the presence Pascal provides on his offense and the veteran could be back on another one-year deal depending on the market he has elsewhere.

"The things that Zach Pascal did was [being] our enforcer," Sirianni recently said at the NFL Scouting Combine. "Go back and look at the tape of how many times he was in on a big block that sprung a big run, or even the play that he made against Pittsburgh for a touchdown.

"Like why did that play come up and why was he able to score on that play? And I'm talking about Zach. Well, it was because he had made that block so many times that they all jumped in and he ran by them. "And so, the production, all I want [the WRs] to do is produce in the roles that we're asking them to.
