Warrick Dunn is one of the most beloved Falcons players of all time and has received the honor of being inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame with the incoming 2022 class.

Dunn played under legend Bobby Bowden at Florida State, where he scored ten touchdowns as a freshman for the 1993 National Championship team. He totaled 5,273 all-purpose yards and amassed 49 touchdowns in four years at FSU.

The Louisiana native then would go on to have an illustrious 12-year career in the NFL after the Buccaneers drafted him 12th overall in the 1997 draft. Dunn won Rookie of the Year after recording 1,440 scrimmage yards and seven touchdowns. He’d play six seasons with Tampa Bay, totaling 7,690 scrimmage yards and 28 total touchdowns. Then, Dunn would join the Falcons for the next six years. He notched 7,616 scrimmage yards and 36 scores for Atlanta.

After his career, Dunn would go on to become a minority shareholder in the Atlanta Falcons and solidify himself as one of the most extraordinary human beings of all time. He created the Warrick Dunn Family Foundation in 2002 but ramped up his off-the-field impact after he called it quits.
