Soon, former Cleveland Browns great Joe Thomas will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Before that happens he had to receive his gold jacket, which was captured in a video you can see below.

Thomas was surrounded by his four children and his wife, Annie, as he opened the package that included his gold jacket. The children carried the package to their father and waited for him to open it.

As a member of the Browns, Thomas was a 10-time Pro Bowl recipient and six-time All-Pro in his 10 seasons. He holds the record for most consecutive snaps played at 10,363.

The enshrinement ceremony is on August 5 at noon and Thomas will be the last speaker out of the eight Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees for 2023.

Cleveland will take part in the Pro Football Hall of Fame game on August 3 against the New York Jets in Canton.
