Former Ole Miss Rebels running back Snoop Conner is joining "America's Team" for the time being via a futures contract, CowboysSI.com reports.

Conner, a Hattiesburg, Miss., native, was on the Ole Miss roster from 2019-21, and he was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In August of this year, Snoop was waived by the Jags and re-signed to the practice squad. He was not signed to a futures contract in Jacksonville, however, and he became a free agent when the practice squad contract expired.

That's where the Dallas Cowboys come in. According to the report, with running back Tony Pollard set to become a free agent, Dallas signed Malik Davis and Conner to future contracts.

While at Ole Miss, Snoop put up over 1,500 rushing yards over the course of three seasons, and he ran for 26 scores.
