Green Bay Packers rookie linebacker Quay Walker made a terrible mistake (again). Everyone is well-aware that he was ejected in the Packers 20-16 loss to the Detroit Lions for shoving an athletic trainer. This was, of course, a grievous error in judgment, especially considering Walker had been ejected for a similar offense earlier in the season against Buffalo. The backlash Walker received from fans on social media was intense, causing the rookie linebacker to delete his accounts after posting a heartfelt apology. Former Packers linebacker Nick Barnett, while not excusing Walker’s actions, called out fans for their overly harsh comments to him.
