Russell Okung retired from football, but he certainly didn't retire from hitting the gym. The former Carolina Panthers offensive tackle posted a picture of his body transformation on Twitter Sunday evening, one that almost makes him unrecognizable.

Throughout his 11-year NFL career, Okung played above 300 pounds, typically checking in at or around 310. Once a lineman's playing career is over, you'll see several of them commit to dropping the weight. Another notable transformation? Hall of Famer Alan Faneca, who is pictured in the middle in the below tweet.
