In 2022, the former Las Vegas Raiders running back was found in his vehicle asleep, with the tires missing from the car and several other damages done. He was then arrested for a DUI.

This week, he reached a plea deal from that case and now is facing repercussions.

According to KLAS 8 news, Ltynch agreed to take DUI classes along with community service. A quote from the judge sounds like he could have the incident lowered to reckless driving.

“Mr. Lynch has not been convicted of any offense at his time,” his attorneys said in a statement. “He has agreed to complete certain requirements which will result in this case being closed as a reckless driving traffic offense.”
