Former Ravens O-lineman named to Senior Bowl Hall of Fame Class of 2023

The Senior Bowl announced on Thursday that it will induct five new members into its Hall of Fame. Among the five players is a former Raven that is certainly deserving of the recognition.

That player is offensive lineman Marshal Yanda, who played all 13 seasons of his NFL career in Baltimore (2007-19). He will be honored with the rest of the Senior Bowl Hall of Fame Class of 2023 at a ceremony on June 25.

Yanda, a third-round pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, was a member of the Ravens Super Bowl XLVII team. He was selected to the Pro Bowl eight times and named to the NFL's All-Decade Team of the 2010s.

"Getting invited to the Senior Bowl was a big deal for me and my family. Understanding that getting that invitation meant you had a good chance of making an NFL roster the next fall. It was a sign that my dream was becoming more and more a reality," Yanda said in a statement.

Yanda certainly had an impressive career, and he is now piling up his list of recognitions a few years removed as he was added to Baltimore's Ring of Honor in 2022.

Next stop, Mobile, Alabama. Final stop, Canton, Ohio?
