Gardner Minshew offered a funny quote about his first experience playing against Oakland Raiders fans.

Minshew quarterbacked the Jacksonville Jaguars to a 20-16 victory over the Raiders on Sunday. After trailing 16-3 in the third quarter, they came back to win the game, taking the lead with a touchdown in the final minute.

The game marked the Raiders’ last home game at the Oakland Coliseum before they move to Las Vegas, so fans were even more emotional than usual. Minshew had a funny remark about that after the game, saying he saw more middle fingers Sunday than he had in his whole life.

That’s the type of passion that helps give a team home-field advantage. It’s something the Raiders may lack in Las Vegas.

In addition to their treatment of Minshew, Raiders fans booed Derek Carr, threw trash onto the field and got into fights after the game.
