Hamilton County prosecutor Melissa Powers updated the public on Thursday regarding the shooting involving Joe Mixon's property on March 6.
Mixon was at the scene, and carried a gun on video, but did not fire shots and did not commit a crime.
His sister and Brewer are now moving through the legal process, but Mixon will not face any charges.
