The Indianapolis Colts defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday 30-13, but they looked like a MASH unit by the time the game ended.

Receiver Michael Pittman took a vicious, illegal hit that put him in concussion protocol, and running back Zack Moss suffered a shoulder injury that knocked him out of the game.

Pittman will remain in concussion protocol and will be evaluated through the course of the week, but the early news on Moss is good according to a report from Adam Schefter.

"Colts' RB Zack Moss plans to try to play Sunday at Atlanta, despite the fact that he injured his shoulder vs. the Steelers, per source," reported Schefter on X. "X-rays on Moss' shoulder were negative and he has to, in the words of a source, 'see how progresses through the week.'"

Injuries are a big concern for the Colts as they make a run at the AFC South crown and the playoffs. Indianapolis's depth was put to the test on Saturday against the Steelers. With Jonathan Taylor already out and the loss of Moss, Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson combined for 157 yards rushing against the Steelers.

The Atlanta Falcons are on deck for the Colts as they continue their playoff push. While the Falcons have been struggling this season, including a 9-7 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, their defense is 10th in the league in yards and eighth in scoring

They've been a dangerous opponent at home with a 4-3 record including wins over the Texans, Packers, and Saints.

Getting Moss back for the game, and hopefully Taylor and Pittman will be a big boost for the Colts as they hope to finish off the spiraling Falcons and solidify a spot in the AFC Playoffs.
