The Jacksonville Jaguars may have lost the game on Sunday to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but we have done enough harping on the bad. Fusing too much in the negative is not good for anyone's mental health, and frankly, there is at least one positive to take away from the loss.

The Jaguars lost 30-12 to their friends down south a few hours in Tampa, Florida. In a game that was almost must win, if the other teams in the AFC South won, they stunk.

But there was one player on the defense who had a stellar day. In fact, he played so well that he practically made NFL history, and he did that all in the first quarter on the first drive. During that first defensive drive, here is what the Jacksonville Jaguars' PR team tweeted out:

Foyesade Oluokun has recorded two tackles in today's matchup. He now has 150 tackles this season, becoming the 4th player in the NFL since 2000 to record three consecutive seasons with at least 150 tackles.

Oluokun had their first season with 150 tackles with the Atlanta Falcons in 2021, where he finished with 192 tackles, which led the league. Then, the next season, in 2022, with the Jaguars, he finished with 184 tackles, which also led the league.

Oluokun signed a three-year deal with the Jaguars worth $45 million, and they are getting every penny worth, as the 28-year-old linebacker has 150 on the year, which is second in the league. Oluokun has been shown to be a steal as the Jaguars signed a former sixth-round pick out of Yale.
