The Atlanta Falcons have made a great choice for their next head coach, if you ask Jalen Ramsey.

News came out on Thursday that the Falcons are going to hire Raheem Morris as their next head coach.

Morris has served as the defensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Rams since 2021. Ramsey played cornerback for the Rams in 2021 and 2022, and the team won the Super Bowl in the 2021-22 season.

Ramsey reacted to the news with posts on X that supported Morris and called him one of the best coaches in the league.

“It ain’t just me who thinks this lol… ask any player who has played for Rah!” Ramsey added regarding Morris.

Morris has coached in the NFL since 2002 (except for spending 2006 at Kansas State). He has spent most of his time with the Buccaneers or Falcons, and now he is returning to Atlanta. This will be the 47-year-old’s second opportunity to serve as an NFL head coach, as he previously went 17-31 during a three-year stretch with the Bucs from 2009-2011.

And if you ask Ramsey, the Falcons are hiring a good one.
