The Detroit Lions’ successful season has completely captivated the city and its fans. Jared Goff understands that, so the Lions quarterback thinks one specific celebrity fan from the area is missing and needs to be at their next playoff game.

Goff spoke with Doug Karsch and Scott “Gator” Anderson on 97.1 The Ticket in Detroit on Tuesday, just two days after leading the Lions to their first playoff win in 32 years. During his interview, the Lions quarterback praised the team’s fans for the lively atmosphere at Ford Field for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams.

“That’s the greatest (atmosphere) I’ve ever been in front of. Our fans bring it, they really do, and the challenge now will be can they outdo themselves this week? But that was really unbelievable, and the support for me personally was really special,” Goff said, via Will Burchfield.

Goff also said he felt one celebrity fan was missing — Kid Rock. Goff hopes the Detroit rock star can make it out to Ford Field for Sunday’s divisional-round playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“I think the only guy, I don’t know if I’ve seen him at a game yet, would be Kid Rock,” Goff said, via Burchfield. “That would be pretty fun. I think the crowd would enjoy that.”

Rappers Eminem and Big Sean were among the celebrities who attended the wild-card playoff game against the Rams. Former Lions stars Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson were also at the game.

Kid Rock is from Michigan and established himself in the Detroit rap scene before going on to become a highly successful musician. Kid Rock has even performed in the halftime show of a Super Bowl in the past. However, Kid Rock has been involved in some controversies over the years. But now the musician has an invitation to come to the Lions’ upcoming playoff game from Goff himself.

How can he turn that down?
