After adding ten players yesterday , the New York Jets practice squad grew to fifteen players today. The Jets continued bringing in reinforcements from both their own preseason roster as well as a handful from other clubs.
Defensive lineman Jalyn Holmes, an Ohio State product who played for the Jets this preseason, gives the Jets a third interior defensive lineman, joining Tanzel Smart and Marquiss Spencer.
Meanwhile, safety Tyreque Jones (Titans), LB Marcelino McCray-Ball (49ers), guard Jason Poe (49ers) and running back Xazavian Valladay (Pittsburgh) were all added after being let go by their previous teams.
