Josh Allen praises Taron Johnson after Bills' win over Ravens

The Buffalo Bills are headed to the AFC Championship Game for the first time since 1993 after defeating the Baltimore Ravens 17-3 in the divisional round on Saturday. Cornerback Taron Johnson is a big reason why.

As the Ravens charged down the field for a potential game-tying touchdown late in the third quarter, Johnson picked off Lamar Jackson in the end zone and returned it for a 101-yard touchdown to put the Bills up by two scores.

Josh Allen, who threw for 206 yards and one touchdown, praised Johnson after the game, saying that his interception wasn't only game-changing but franchise-altering.

"A play that people are going to remember for a long time here in Buffalo, potentially a franchise-altering play," Allen said, according to Matthew Fairburn of The Athletic

Johnson also had six solo tackles and one tackle for a loss in Buffalo's win over Baltimore.

During the regular season, the 24-year-old had one pick-six, seven passes defended, one forced fumble, one sack, 70 solo tackles, five tackles for a loss and three quarterback hits.

The Bills will now wait for the result of Sunday's Kansas City Chiefs-Cleveland Browns matchup to determine who they'll play in the AFC Championship Game.
