Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Josh Dobbs recently paid tribute to an NFL legend in the most hilarious way possible.

Earlier this month, Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald announced his retirement from the NFL. Donald is a sure-fire first ballot Hall of Famer that will go down as one of the all-time greats.

Dobbs, who signed with the San Francisco 49ers earlier this month, didn't have many run-ins with Donald during his career, but he still took to social media to pay tribute to the 10-time Pro Bowler.

The former Vol posted a video on Tik Tok highlighting his favorite play against Donald -- which was Dobbs getting sacked by Donald this past season.

"Congrats on retirement, you won't be missed," wrote Dobbs in the caption of the post.

I'm sure that's a sentiment shared by every quarterback in the NFL. Donald was a monstrous presence along the Rams' defensive line for a decade. The NFL is a much safer place for quarterbacks with Donald no longer in the league.

And Dobbs, specifically, will be a bit more comfortable in the AFC West than he otherwise would've been.
