JuJu Smith-Schuster Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

JuJu Smith-Schuster appears increasingly likely to leave the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he may have offered another hint to that effect on Wednesday.

Smith-Schuster took a jab at the Steelers’ facilities when he contrasted them with the Dallas Cowboys’ setup. The wide receiver was filming a 7-Eleven marketing video with Dak Prescott, and the video was filmed at the Cowboys’ indoor practice facility.

Smith-Schuster raved about the Dallas facilities, contrasting them with what he was used to in Pittsburgh.

“It’s unbeatable,” Smith-Schuster said, via Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News. “The Steelers are still working on trying to get out of the wooden locker rooms. And over here, it’s very prestige. Oh, they’ll definitely hear this. I want them (the Steelers) to hear this.”

That’s a pretty clear message from someone who sounds like he’s on his way out the door. With unrestricted free agency looming, it does sound as though Smith-Schuster will move on from Pittsburgh. The 25-year-old is coming off an injury-shortened season, and his value will be down a bit.

This certainly sounds like Smith-Schuster would be open to playing for Dallas, but the Cowboys are well-stocked at wide receiver. Another team may be to his liking, though.
