Kyler Murray has lower leg injury, could miss Rams game

The Arizona Cardinals still have a shot at making the playoffs, but they may be without their starting quarterback for the biggest game of the season.

Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Monday that Kyler Murray is dealing with a lower leg injury and his status for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Rams is uncertain, via ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Murray was shaken up on his final pass of Saturday's 20-12 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The 23-year-old completed 31-of-50 passes for 247 yards. He also threw an interception.

With a playoff berth on the line, Murray will likely do everything in his power to take the field on Sunday against the Rams. If he can't compete, Chris Streveler would start in his place.
