Lamar Jackson set for awkward reunion with Ravens?

The Ravens signed Odell Beckham Jr. to a one-year deal on Sunday and the veteran wide receiver is probably not expected to play with QB Tyler Huntley.

Beckham Jr. may have primarily chosen the Ravens for his big payday worth up to $18M but Lamar Jackson posted a screenshot of the two on FaceTime shortly after the news broke, hinting at a return to Baltimore.

Jackson already posted his goodbye letter to Ravens fans that detailed his March 2 trade request but it seems like he may now have to eat his words following a lack of interest from other teams since being placed with the non-exclusive franchise tag.

It does go both ways as many fans in Baltimore seem to have moved on from the 2019 NFL MVP, but they would likely welcome Jackson back with open arms.

The Ravens signing Beckham Jr. doesn't mean that Jackson's return is imminent but Baltimore is clearly betting that he will play for the team in 2023, whether it's on the tag or a long-term deal.

However, the Ravens are certainly going all in with the belief their roster is ready to compete for a championship. But those plans must include Jackson, right?
