The offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders got exciting when they decided to bring back head coach Antonio Pierce. It got crazy when they decided to sign Christian Wilkins. Now, a few other moves have happened, and they are patiently waiting for the draft, where everyone will figure out who their newest quarterback is.

Right now, the players are in offseason workouts. It's voluntary but encouraged that players show up. As for Maxx Crosby, we know he is working because he doesn't stop. He has already brought the energy to the press conference, and now he has plans for what he wants to do with his new teammates this offseason.

As we all know, Crosby is a leader. He wants what's best for his teammates and wants to win. This offseason, he plans on working out with Wilkins quite a bit.

"I haven't seen Christian [Wilkins] yet, so I'm going to see him very soon. The best teams all have like a sixth sense. You're around them, and you know how this person is. Christian, for example, is going to be here, and I'm going to be around him every single day. Alright, how do you like to rush, where do you like to line up, and what do you like to do in this situation?"

The Raiders are about to be in a crucial season, where last year, they were a few games away from the playoffs. Their roster is already much better than last year, but they have holes to fill. If they can fill them and get their QB, this team can do great things.

But, that is a big if. Even so, they still have to put in the work, and Crosby is ensuring that's what everyone, even the new guys, will be doing. He is as good of a leader as they come, and seeing Malcolm Koonce, Tyree Wilson, Wilkins, and Crosby together is going to be scary.
