The Las Vegas Raiders have a crucial season coming up in 2024. In order to reach the next level, they have to nail a few things. Obviously, getting this draft right would be huge. Of course, getting a large number of guys ready for offseason workouts would help as well.

The Raiders, like many teams, started their offseason workouts on Monday and used them to get everyone fired up and ready for the season. Antonio Pierce gave the first speech of the year, and it was about what you would expect.

He fired everyone up like only he knew how to.

Then, Maxx Crosby, the Raider everyone loves, took the podium and immediately brought the juice and energy, as he always does. If there is anyone who knows how to set the tone and bring energy before everyone is even in the building, it's Crosby who was intense.

"I'm obsessed…I have all the energy and time in the world because, number one, I'm sober…I chase greatness every single way in my life….I want to be a legend," Crosby told the media on Monday.

The Raiders need to channel all this energy and put it to great use. Crosby is on a different level right now, and actually looks like one of the best players in the league. They need to get this right while he's in his prime. The good news is - he is still getting better.
