The NFL has officially released the dates for the 2024 off-season program for all 32 teams, including the Las Vegas Raiders. This program, which is a crucial part of the team’s preparation, will begin for the Raiders on April 15. The offseason program is broken into three phases.

– Phase One (first two weeks) includes only meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation.
– Phase Two (the next three weeks) allows for on-field workouts and drills, but live contact and team offense vs. team defense drills are not permitted.
– Phase Three (next four weeks) allows for a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or “OTAs”. No live contact is allowed, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

New head coaches are entitled to conduct an additional voluntary veteran minicamp, which must be conducted prior to the NFL Draft (April 25-27), but no earlier than week three of the club’s offseason workout program and after at least one week of the two weeks of Phase One activities that the clubs may hold. The dates for rookie minicamp will be determined following the 2024 NFL Draft.

Please note that the team may change the dates at its discretion. The Raiders’ OTA Offseason Workouts are May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, and June 3-6. The mandatory minicamp will take place on June 11-13.
