Last-minute Super Bowl bets: Who wins?

It's been a long two weeks of Super Bowl prep, and hopefully if you've stuck with the Yardbarker team, you've found some betting angles you're following for the big game.

Kickoff is just around the corner, and it's time for an official pick on the winner.

Heart vs. head

I want Joe Burrow and the Bengals to win, I do. I think it's been a remarkable inspiration to franchises all across the league that they can turn it around quickly if they get a few pieces to make a difference.

The story of Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase winning a national championship and a Super Bowl in the span of three years would go down as legendary.

I want to root for that, and it's why I placed a side bet on Burrow winning MVP, but I can't place a bet on the Bengals winning this game.

The Rams have the better team, and their strengths align with the Bengals' biggest weakness: the trenches.

Trenches reign supreme

After a quarterback, I don't think there's a more important position group for a football team than the offensive and defensive lines.

You can't win a Super Bowl without a dominant line, at minimum on one side of the football.

Success starts in the trenches is a cliche, but it is one for a reason.

Aaron Donald is maybe the best football player in the league (and why I bet on him to win MVP). This Bengals offensive line is a liability, and he and Von Miller and the rest of this Los Angeles defense are going to have an opportunity to wreck this game.

Final score prediction and winner

I do think there's also an advantage for the Rams to be sleeping in their own beds and playing on their home field.

Ultimately, I think Matthew Stafford cements his Hall-of-Fame legacy and delivers a championship to L.A. in his first season with the Rams.

My final score prediction is Rams 24, Bengals 20. I bet this on DraftKings too, if you're feeling lucky, at +9000 odds.

With that score total, however, comes Cincinnati. The Bengals are +4.5 as of this writing, so I do think they cover, I just don't think they win.

Give me the Rams in Super Bowl LVI.
