The Detroit Lions defensive line had some problems this year. Especially when it came to getting home to the quarterback. The Lions had defensive line coach John Scott Jr. in his first year with the team. While there is no official word yet, it would appear that the Lions may be moving on from Scott and are reportedly hiring Titans defensive line coach Terrell Williams away from the Titans.

Williams has been with the Titans since 2018 and has a history with Lions head coach Dan Campbell. Williams was with Campbell in Miami when Campbell was the Dolphins interim head coach.

Williams has been credited a lot with the success of Jeffrey Simmons and Denico Autry. We'll soon see what he can do with Alim McNeill, Aidan Hutchinson and whoever the Lions bring in during the offseason.
