The week of practices are no over and it's time to head towards the biggest game of the year for the Detroit Lions. They'll get on the planes on Saturday and head out to San Francisco to take on the 49ers for a chance to go to the Super Bowl. Here's what the status is for guys that showed up on the injury report for both teams this week:

Lions

  • Kalif Rayond: OUT
  • Jonah Jackson: OUT
  • Hendon Hooker: Questionable
  • Chase Lucas: Questionable

No surprises here. Ragnow has been injured all week, but we've known all week that there was no way he was going to miss Sunday's game. The Lions will be without Kalif Raymond again. James Houston does not have a designation this week. That is a pretty good sign that he could be making his return to the field on Sunday.

Hendon Hooker is questionable with a tooth injury. That's right, I said a tooth injury. He'll be fine.

49ers

We will update this article as soon as the 49ers designations drop.
