New Tennessee running back Adrian Peterson made his debut with the Titans Sunday night against the Los Angeles Rams after signing less than a week ago.

For the future Hall of Famer, it’s an opportunity to prove that he still has it at the age of 36 following the serious foot injury Derrick Henry suffered last week.

Apparently, fans in Nashville (or in this case Los Angeles) are super excited to have the seven-time Pro Bowl running back in the mix. How much? Some took to creativity as a way to create their very own Adrian Peterson No. 8 jerseys. They are something to behold.

Who knew that old Marcus Mariota jerseys would come in handy? We’d have figured they’d be hanging out in the back of a Goodwill Store or something. I guess it pays to be a hoarder.

As for Peterson, he joins a Titans team that entered Sunday night’s game with a 6-2 record and as a legit conference title contender in the AFC. The back put up just 10 yards on five attempts in the first half despite Tennessee leading 21-3.
