Amid plenty of unrest towards the New Orleans Saints front office, some of its members are getting some looks around the NFL.

Saints VP and assistant GM for college personnel Jeff Ireland was requested to interview for the Los Angeles Chargers general manager position, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

Ireland served as GM of the Miami Dolphins from 2008-13 before joining the black and gold. He's been an integral part of the roster building process for the Saints over the past decade. Don't be surprised if other teams make the same request for him.

Additionally, the Carolina Panthers requested an interview with Saints VP of Football Administration and assistant GM Khai Harley.

Harley has been heralded as a key cog for New Orleans' ability to maneuver the salary cap in recent seasons. He's a young, up and coming option for a front office, and the Saints really need to find a way to keep him in the building.

Harley has spent the last 16 seasons with the Saints. He has 23 years of NFL experience. The Saints' official website describes his primary role as 'contract negotiation and strategic planning/management of the Saints salary cap and roster management.'

The young executive has climbed the ranks at the NFL level, and a promotion is certainly deserved for him. Like Ireland, others teams will probably request to talk to Harley as well. Makes plenty of sense.

The Saints could lose one, or both, of these important pieces from their front office. Keep an eye out.
