Things just keep going from bad to worse for the New York Jets. The offense has not looked good with Zach Wilson under center and it seems frustration is starting to boil over. Running back Michael Carter was captured on the sidelines yelling at his running backs coach.

New York Jets Michael Carter Yells At Running Backs Coach

Carter most likely isn’t upset about something specific. He is most likely reacting to the ineptitude of an offense that was supposed to be a strength of the team. When Aaron Rodgers went down with an Achilles injury, there was a question of whether the team would look elsewhere for quarterback help. They decided to stick with Zach Wilson and the first two weeks have not looked good. It seems like Carter is incredibly frustrated. It is never a great look when a player is getting in the face of a coach.

They Have To Make A Change At Quarterback

I know there are no good options out there. Carson Wentz, Matt Ryan, Blake Bortles, and many others are out there and by no means do I think they are a huge upgrade from Wilson. For the sake of the offensive players, the fans, and everyone associated with the Jets organization, Wilson cannot play another game this season. It is clear that he has not improved enough to lead this Jets team to the playoffs.

I’m sure Michael Carter is not the only member of the New York Jets that is frustrated. Garrett Wilson and others have expressed frustration with how the team is playing. The Jets need to figure something out and fast.
