Every week, All Panthers publisher Schuyler Callihan will release a fresh set of NFC Power Rankings. Here is how he views the conference after three weeks of play.

This week's rankings (last week's rank if changed)

16. Chicago Bears (15)

Last week was a doozy for the Bears. All the off-field stuff leading up to a game against the Chiefs didn't help. This team is a mess.

15. Carolina Panthers (14)

Andy Dalton looked good in his first start as a Panther. The defense played well, but injuries dashed the Panthers' hopes of notching their first win of the season.

14. Arizona Cardinals (16)

This still may be the least talented team in the NFC, but I have to show them a little love for beating the Cowboys.

13. Washington Commanders

Washington got steamrolled by the Bills this weekend. It happens. This team will be just fine and I expect they'll climb into the top ten here fairly soon.

12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

No shame in losing to the Eagles, so no movement here.

11. Los Angeles Rams

The Rams battled on Monday night but fell short against a nowhere near 100% Joe Burrow. This is a game they should have won and if it wasn't for pretty much everyone else in the NFC losing, they would have dropped a couple of spots.

10. Atlanta Falcons (9)

Atlanta's dynamic rushing attack did not show up, rushing for just 2.2 yards per carry. If the run game doesn't get going, this team has no chance.

9. New York Giants (8)

Without Saquon Barkley, the Giants' offense is a wreck. 29 total rushing yards and Daniel Jones throws for just 137. Ouch.

8. Minnesota Vikings (7)

The Vikings are the best 0-3 team in the league and maybe the best 0-3 team in recent years. Sure, we can ding them for the loss to Tampa, but they lost one-score games to Philly and the Chargers. It's not time to panic yet.

7. New Orleans Saints (6)

Man, the Saints were up 17-0 and gave up 18 unanswered points to lose in Lambeau. The bigger loss though is QB Derek Carr who could miss some time with a shoulder injury.

6. Green Bay Packers (10)

It wasn't pretty, but the Packers found a way to scrap back and knock off the Saints to move to 2-1. Thanks to everyone else losing, they make a big jump in this week's rankings.

5. Dallas Cowboys (2)

What...just...happened? The Cowboys doing what the Cowboys do. They get everyone on the hype train just to fail miserably. Again, I would have dropped them a few more spots but with everyone else losing, I couldn't. Plus, this might have been just a flat spot for Dallas. Who knows?

4. Detroit Lions (5)

You could argue the Lions deserve the No. 3 team in these rankings and I couldn't really disagree. I think they and the Seahawks are neck and neck.

3. Seattle Seahawks (4)

Seattle's defense has some issues. They're not going to be able to outscore teams on a week-to-week basis, but it's worked two weeks in a row.

2. San Francisco 49ers (3)

The Eagles entered the year as my No. 1 team, so until they lose I can't drop them. But the Niners may be the most impressive team in the NFC right now.

1. Philadelphia Eagles

Another week at the top for Philly.
