NFL analyst blasts Bills over new stadium amid upcoming snowstorm

The NFL is monitoring a severe snowstorm expected to affect the Buffalo area this weekend with Sunday's game between the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills potentially being impacted.

With the game potentially being moved, NFL analyst Warren Sharp made an interesting point as it pertains to the Bills' plan to build a new stadium largely on the backs of taxpayers.

This isn't the first time a Bills home game has been threatened by a snowstorm and it won't be the last. On Nov. 24, 2014, a game against the New York Jets was moved to Detroit due to snow.

The new stadium won't have a roof, meaning situations such as the one the team and NFL currently find themselves in will continue to occur. Losing home games means losing revenue. It's difficult to connect the dots when taxpayers foot an $850 million bill for maybe nine regular-season games, weather permitting.

It begs the question: "What good is a fancy new stadium if you can't use it?"
