NFL divisional round: Who will score first in 49ers-Packers game?

One of the NFC's biggest rivalries gets revisited in the NFL divisional round as the San Francisco 49ers host the Green Bay Packers, and there are plenty of opportunities for fans to play along.

Brock Purdy and Jordan Love head into Saturday's game leading two red-hot offenses that oddsmakers expect to score quite a few TDs. Who is DraftKings picking to find the end zone first when these teams face off in Santa Clara on Saturday?

It probably doesn't come as much of a surprise, but DK is favoring Christian McCaffrey to be the first play to score a TD at +235 odds. The 27-year-old running back far and away led the league with 1,459 rushing yards this season and is expected to shine at home on Saturday, where he totaled 622 rushing yards with seven TDs and an additional 257 receiving yards with three TDs in the air. That's probably why the MVP hopeful also has the shortest odds to score any time during the game at -370.

McCaffrey has been dealing with a calf injury, but that clearly hasn't hurt his odds. San Francisco earned the bye week in addition to having home-field advantage, so McCaffrey is expected to be ready to own the gridiron come game time.

The Packers have their own star running back in Aaron Jones, although he is a little further down the list of players to score first at +900 (9-1) odds. Jones dealt with injuries over the season that resulted in him only playing 11 games and totaling 656 yards. However, he is coming off of a massive Wild Card performance where he scored three TDs on 21 carries for 118 yards against the Dallas Cowboys. San Francisco's defense will have to study up on Jones during the week if they want to slow him down, as Jones is also listed at -110 to score at any point during Saturday's game.

Other 49ers favored to score the first TD of Saturday's divisional matchup are George Kittle (+650), Deebo Samuel (+700) and Brandon Aiyuk (+750). Jayden Reed is the next Packers player listed to score the first touchdown of the game at long +1500 odds, although he is listed at +200 to score at any point during the game.

Kickoff for the 49ers-Packers playoff matchup is 8:15 p.m. ET on Saturday.
