NFL Divisional Round: Wiesguy's Picks in Review

Last week we did pretty well and so far for the playoffs, we are running a profit. There are just three games left to go on the NFL schedule though, and the best values have probably passed.

The Bills were such a disappointment last week, but we are probably getting the best teams in the conference championship games on Sunday. (They just didn't really compete).

Here is hoping we are getting great games too.

Game previews are coming but here is a quick look back at how we have been doing so far in these playoffs.

Playoff Records (including Wild Card Weekend)

Spread Picks: 6-4

Total Picks: 6-4

Prop Picks: 4-6

NFL Divisional Playoff Review

Jaguars vs Chiefs

Spread Pick: Kansas City -8.5 (loss)
There are no mulligans in sports betting but we had the 10-point lead here until a Jacksonville FG with less than a minute closed the gap a little (classic backdoor). Plus we missed some Mahomes time. Just saying.

Total Pick: Under 53 (win)
This game was pretty mild. It never really felt like either team was going to bust it open.

Prop Pick: Travis Etienne Longest Rushing Attempt Over 16.5 Yards (win)
Nearly a third of Etienne's yardage came on one 19-yard scamper.

Giants vs Eagles

Spread Pick: Philadelphia -7.5 (win)
Philly had the easiest time of anyone this week. They beat the rival Giants handily.

Total Pick: Under 48 (win)
The game was a total domination. With the Giants scoring just seven the under came in relatively comfortably.

Prop Pick: Graham Gano over 5.5 Kicking Points (loss)
I really liked Philly, per the above. I was surprised the G-Men did not even attempt a field goal though.

Bengals vs. Bills

Spread Pick: Buffalo -5.5 (loss)
This was a fail as the Bills were never in the game. It was basically over in the first quarter.

Totals Pick: Over 49 (loss)
The Bills' offense just didn't come to play on Sunday. It wasn't just the weather either.

Prop Pick: Josh Allen Over 7.5 Rushing Attempts (win)
Got the cover with eight attempts but I thought he would get at least 10.

Cowboys vs. 49ers

Spread Pick: 49ers -4 (win)
It was a low-scoring game, but the 49ers were able to cover by avoiding mistakes.

Total Pick: Under 46 (win)
This was an easy one as getting into the end zone was very difficult for both sides.

Prop Pick: Deebo Samuel Over 54.5 Receiving Yards (loss)
Sunday night was not a great night for putting up offensive stats.
