The Tennessee Titans signed their fifth new player of the 2024 free-agent cycle.

Former Washington Commanders offensive lineman Saahdiq Charles reportedly has agreed to a one-year deal with a max of $2.5 million. The Athletic's Dianna Russini was the first to report the signing.

Charles and new center Lloyd Cushenberry, who also signed with the Titans this week, played college football together at LSU.

Charles, 24, a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, became a starter last season but missed six games with a calf injury. He has played just 35 games in four seasons due to injuries.

According to Pro Football Focus, Charles allowed four sacks and 37 quarterback pressures on 643 snaps last season.

This week, the Titans also have signed running back Tony Pollard, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, and linebacker Kenneth Murray.
