NFL Week 10 injury report

With the NFL season moving into the second half, plenty of teams are having injury issues. From high-profile signal callers to defensive stalwarts and everything in between, no one is safe from potential injury.

The following features an injury status update entering Week 10.

Mike Adams, S, Panthers

Adams's X-rays were negative on his shoulder after suffering a stinger in Sunday's game, but he didn't practice Wednesday. He will have an extra day to prepare this week with the Panthers playing on Monday Night Football.

Henry Anderson, DL, Colts

Anderson has been lost for the year after suffering a laryngeal fracture on Sunday. The Indy defense is set to have even more issues without him.

Sam Bradford, QB, Vikings

Bradford's knee saga has finally ended his season, as he underwent arthroscopic surgery Tuesday. The Vikings activated Teddy Bridgewater the replace him on the roster, and the former first-round pick could get playing time later this year.

Dez Bryant, WR, Cowboys

The Cowboys have yet to provide an update on Bryant's ankle after he left Sunday's game. He missed practice Wednesday and is questionable for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Jake Fisher, OT, Bengals

Fisher left due to illness on Sunday and was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list, ending his 2017 season. He reportedly is dealing with an irregular heartbeat.

Dante Fowler, DE/LB, Jaguars

Fowler hurt his elbow in the first half of Sunday's game and didn't return, but he wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report and should be full go this week.

William Gholston, DE, Buccaneers

Gholston suffered a scary neck injury on Sunday, but all tests have been favorable. There's no word on his playing status going forward.

Ryan Griffin, TE, Texans

Griffin left Sunday's game with a concussion, his second of the year, and didn't practice on Wednesday. He seems unlikely to play this week, but the Texans are getting C.J. Fiedorowicz back from injury.

Chris Hogan, WR, Patriots

Hogan suffered a shoulder injury two weeks ago, and he's very unlikely to play this week with his shoulder still in a sling. The Patriots will turn to Phillip Dorsett and Danny Amendola with Hogan sidelined.

Johnathan Joseph, CB, Texans

Joseph left Sunday's game with leg issues, but he attended practice Wednesday and is expected to play this week.

Eddie Lacy, RB, Seahawks

Lacy left Sunday's game with a groin injury and will sit out Thursday's game against the Cardinals as a result. Thomas Rawls is likely to start at running back.

Richardson hasn't practiced this week and is listed as questionable due to a groin injury. The Seahawks play Arizona on Thursday.

Smith left early in Sunday's game with a knee injury and didn't practice Wednesday. He's questionable for this week.

Tyron Smith, LT, Cowboys

Smith left Sunday's game with a groin injury and didn't practice Wednesday. It would be a huge loss for the Cowboys if Smith is unable to play this week vs. Atlanta.

Earl Thomas, S, Seahawks

Thomas hasn't practiced this week and is set to miss his second straight game on Thursday with a hamstring injury.

Shawn Williams, S, Bengals

Cincinnati's safety left in the third quarter Sunday with a hamstring injury and didn't practice Wednesday. His status for this week is up in the air.

Jameis Winston, QB, Buccaneers

Winston will rest his shoulder for a couple of weeks after playing through recurring pain since Week 6. Ryan Fitzpatrick is set to start in the meantime.
