Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner is consistently one of the best linebackers in the NFL and often considered one of the hardest working players.

At least he thought he worked hard until he saw Beyonce in concert as a young NFL player.

Wagner appeared on The Pivot podcast recently and admitted that seeing Beyonce changed his approach. He was completely inspired by her show and the work it takes to pull off the dance moves and the choreography involved.

"Honestly, if I'm being honest, it was a Beyonce show that I went to... I went to a Beyonce show and I watched her perform, and I saw all the costumes that she changed and I watched all the dancers that she had... and when I saw her perform I walked away and I said, 'I'm not working hard enough at my craft.' And I was just like, 'I need to work harder because what she's doing is insane.'"

Wagner didn't elaborate on when this happened, but it must've been early on in his career since his game is consistently better than most.

The Utah State product just made his ninth Pro Bowl and was voted to his 10th consecutive All-Pro team. He also led the league in tackles in 2023 with a career-high 183.
