A memorabilia company is trying to capitalize on the impending release of O.J. Simpson from prison.

Inscriptagraphs, a sports and memorabilia company, is posting for sale a signed photo of Simpson that was part of the robbery that landed the former football player in jail.

Here’s the item description from Inscriptagraphs:

Inscriptagraphs’ 8×10 framed rare photo depicts a 20-year-old Simpson running track at University of Southern California (USC) where he was a member of the school’s sprint relay quartet that broke the record in the 4 x 110-yard relay at the NCAA track championships in June of 1967.

For only $799, one lucky collector can own this piece of sports history that is signed from both OJ Simpson and the victim from the famed Palace Station robbery, Bruce Fromong, who even went as far as writing the exact hotel room number, 1203, where the incident occurred. The museum-quality custom framed photo also comes complete with the police department’s evidence card and a certificate of authenticity validating the highly-publicized conversation starter.

This is said to be one of 534 items that were stolen in the robbery. The company selling the photo is trying to avoid complete negative publicity by saying part of the proceeds will go to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Between the photo and what’s happening with the infamous white Bronco, Simpson-related items are getting a some exposure.
