Packers clinch top seed, playoff bye with Week 17 rout of Vikings

The 2022 NFC playoffs will run through Green Bay for the second straight season.

With their 37-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 17's "Sunday Night Football", the Packers clinched the NFC's top seed, a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. The result also eliminated the Vikings from playoff contention and clinched a wild-card spot for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Now 13-3, Green Bay also made NFL history on Sunday.

The Packers will travel to face the Lions in Week 18 at 1 p.m. ET on Jan. 9. The Vikings will wrap up their season with a home game against the Chicago Bears at 1 p.m. ET on Jan. 9.

The San Francisco 49ers (9-7) and New Orleans Saints (8-8) will square off in Week 18, with the winner earning the final NFC playoff spot.
