Packers star David Bakhtiari gifts Aaron Rodgers custom golf cart

Green Bay Packers star David Bakhtiari is making sure Aaron Rodgers knows he supports him amid his ongoing dispute with the franchise.

Bakhtiari gifted Rodgers a custom Aston Martin golf cart. It has his No. 12 stitched into the seats and the years he won the MVP award underneath. In an Instagram post, the star offensive tackle jokingly said the golf cart is "the real reason" Rodgers returned to Green Bay for the 2021 season.

Rodgers' future with the Packers was up in the air for most of the offseason until he agreed to a reworked deal, which will make it easier for him to leave Green Bay after the 2021 season if he chooses.

The golf cart is a nice gesture from Bakhtiari, but it likely won't be enough to keep the reigning MVP in Green Bay beyond the 2021 campaign.

Rodgers, a big fan of golf, will surely use the cart when he hits the links in the future. Who knows, maybe we'll see him use it in another charity match against Tom Brady sometime soon.
