NFL free agency doesn't officially begin for another five weeks, but the Cincinnati Bengals are looking like the perfect team to sign offensive tackle Jermaine Eluemunor when the time comes.

Eluemunor is a pending free agent currently under contract with the Las Vegas Raiders. His position of right tackle is also a pending need for the Bengals this offseason.

Eluemunor's next chapter in the NFL is unknown, but his thoughts on Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow just became very clear.

Eluemunor plants his flag for Burrow

A week after proclaiming he wants to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs, Eluemunor, unpromted, claimed Burrow and Patrick Mahomes are the two best quarterbacks in the NFL. He did this while commenting on a video aimed at discrediting Burrow.

"Look y’all don’t take this the wrong way lol. For some reason I keep seeing Burrow slander on my TL," Eluemunor said in his post. "People keep hating when honestly Burrow and Mahomes are the best QBs in the NFL. Also, he completely turned that franchise around, but I guess when you’re nice AF, people forget about the bad times! Also the whole system quarterback thing is stupid, stop it."

Again, no one asked Eluemunor for his take on whether or not Burrow is overrated or isn't held to the same standard as other top quarterbacks are held to. He went out of his way to defend a player he's never played with, and did so confidently.

A soon-to-be free agent who's on record for wanting to stop the Chiefs from winning the Super Bowl is now outwardly supporting the only active quarterback who's done that. This may be connecting the dots too liberally, but it seems like he wouldn't mind signing with the Bengals next month.

The Bengals will obviously need to decide if they want Eluemunor should he be available. The Raiders could also re-sign him prior to free agency beginning. He could get more lucrative offers elsewhere. A number of different outcomes could happen other than this partnership coming into existence.

All I'm saying is one side is making his intentions subtly clear.
