The Las Vegas Raiders hired Kliff Kingsbury as their offensive coordinator this week. However, they still had nearly an entire offensive staff to hire after that.

The Raiders still had a QB, RB, TE, and OL coach positions available. Now, they have crossed one off that list on the offensive side of the ball.

According to NFL insider Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Raiders are hiring former Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers running back DeShaun Foster as their RBs coach for the 2024 season.

As many media members around the league are saying as well, this is a great hire. Kennedy Polamalou was the former running back coach and was great, but Foster is just as good.

The Raiders offensive staff is coming along greatly.
