The Las Vegas Raiders got a tad bit of good news when their injury report came out on Thursday. Their first injury report of the week was on Thursday as they prepared to play the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football.

For good reasons, there were two names on the injury report on Thursday, as far as the Raiders side goes. Nate Hobbs, who has missed the last four games, was a limited participant in practice on Thursday, which is huge, as he has had several DNPs before that. He is one of the best cornerbacks on the roster when healthy, if not the best, and easily the best Raiders slot guy.

The other name that was on there for good reasons is Jimmy Garoppolo, who Josh McDaniels let us know practiced on Thursday. That doesn't mean he will play, but it is certainly worth noting that Davant Adams said in his press conference that it was good to have Jimmy G back in the lineup. As for the Lions side of things, they have some important players dealing with injuries.
