Christmas Day, where the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, was one of the best memories the Raiders have created over the last few years. The best part was that they beat the Chiefs in Kansas City, of course.

But, other than that, the best part was that the Raiders forced Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes to play one of his worst games. The Raiders beat the Chiefs without completing a single pass after the first quarter, which means the defense more than did their job.

A huge part of that was Jack Jones, the guy Antonio Pierce took a flyer on off the waiver wire, who also picked off Mahomes and taunted him on the way to the end zone for a touchdown. But, the taunt came in form of a stare. However, he wanted to do more.

“I wanted to point at him, but I knew the points were more important than the point. So I just stared him down,” Jones recently said to a fan who asked.

I know Raiders fans loved the stare down, but some wanted him to do more. Jones did the right thing, though. He let Mahomes know what was up, while also maintaining his composure. He showed some ruthlessness, but some discipline at the same time.

Luckily, the Raiders play the Chiefs twice a year, so Jones will have plenty of opportunities to taunt Mahomes some more.
