The Las Vegas Raiders are only a few days into the 2024 NFL offseason, and the franchise still has many decisions to make.

According to Pro Football Focus, the Raiders finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with the 17th best-ranked offense in the entire league.

Five Raiders finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with high Pro Football Focus offensive grades, and it started with offensive tackle Kolton Miller. Miller has the highest offensive grade for the Silver and Black offense. He finished the season with a PFF offensive grade of 80.2, a pass-blocking grade of 79.3, and a run-blocking grade of 73.3. According to Pro Football Focus, Miller is listed as the 13th-ranked tackle out of 84 in the NFL.

Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams is listed as having the second-highest offensive grade for the Silver and Black offense. He finished the season with a PFF offensive grade of 79.1 and a receiving grade of 80.0. According to Pro Football Focus, Adams is listed as the 22nd-ranked wide receiver out of 128 in the league. He finished the season with 103 catches for 1,144 yards and scored eight touchdowns in 17 games.

Right guard Greg Van Roten is listed as having the third-highest offensive grade for the Silver and Black offense. He finished the season with a PFF offensive grade of 75.3, a pass-blocking grade of 77.4, and a run-blocking grade of 68.5. According to Pro Football Focus, Van Roten is listed as the 7th-ranked guard out of 81 guards in the NFL.

Center Andre James has the fourth-highest offensive grade for the Silver and Black offense. He finished the season with a PFF offensive grade of 74.6, a pass-blocking grade of 71.2, and a run-blocking grade of 75.0. Pro Football Focus has James listed as the 9th-ranked center out of 37 centers in the NFL.

Lastly, Zamir White has the fifth-highest offensive grade for the Silver and Black offense. White finished the season with a PFF offensive grade of 71.7, a run grade of 70.6, and a receiving grade of 69.7. White finished his second season with 104 carries for 451 yards and scored one touchdown in 17 games.
