Receiver Torry Holt -- who spent the first decade of his career with the St. Louis Rams -- has been named one of 15 modern-era player finalists from the 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame Class.

The No. 6 overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft, Holt was a seven-time Pro Bowler during 10 seasons with the Rams.

He caught 869 passes for 12,660 yards and 74 touchdowns for the Rams. Holt led the NFL in receiving yards in both 2000 and 2003, the second of which he was a First-Team All-Pro selection for after posting 117 catches for 1,696 yards.

If Holt were to be elected to the Hall of Fame, he would join "Greatest Show on Turf" teammates Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk and Isaac Bruce in Canton.

Dick Vermeil -- who coached the Rams to a victory over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV -- was also inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2022.

Holt is one of three receivers who are finalists, along with Andre Johnson and Reggie Wayne.

The other 12 finalists are cornerback Eric Allen, defensive end Jared Allen, offensive tackle Willie Anderson, offensive guard Jahri Evans, defensive end Dwight Freeney, tight end Antonio Gates, safety Rodney Harrison, punt/kick returner Devin Hester, defensive end Julius Peppers, running back Fred Taylor, linebacker Patrick Willis and safety Darren Woodson.
